Yes that post was vague but very relavent, it just goes to show RPgs beat all, and kiddo is using moderation so its fine, also kiddo never delete posts if they are off topic simply post a warning/reminder about being off topic, if it contains vulgar stuff modify it, but if you delete a post you will have no evidence of the poster violating anything (which I can take care of the whole banning part if need be )

RPG and FPS......I'm more of a FPS guy....I love multiplayer and IMO there is nothing better than a good FPS multiplayer (as long as you have a good enough system/internet connection). FPS get repetitive? Sure, against bots. Against humans? Never, thats what makes them so fun, each time can be completly different. There are tons of different play styles in FPS' as well. And if you think there is no brain work involved, think again. When you start getting into higher end clan matches, you do a lot of planning, a lot of training to get good at your tactics. Some RPGs are great but I have to say I'd rather be playing a shooter than a RPG. (By RPG I don't include MMORPGs which are on par with FPS games imo)

Except when the time comes when you know someone hacks.....like tonight in Call of Duty...this guy was 125 and 23, he locked on to anyone and head-shotted them. I hope he gets banned =/

when it comes to MMORPGs vs MMOFPS, the FPS still wins, as RPGs, what you do is tightly bounds to rules and efficency ideas, and the actions become far more repeatitive than NE FPS could ever be... however with FPS's, there is no one best way to preform actions, running head on, vs flanking, vs fighting different target, all have ways they can succeed and all have ways they can fail. And in RPG's the way to do well is to conform with the norm, in FPS's, its to break from the norm and do what is unexpected. (By the way, the only MMOFPS out there is planet side, if anyone was wondering).

yeah, I hate it when you join a halo game and someone modded it so that warthogs fly... if you notice, it's always the crappy people that cheat

lol, accually no... sometimes good players cheat like once every month or so as a joke if its a server they commonly visit with people they know well and joke around with... basicly having fun with people who generally dont care. but ya the real cheaters suck, because A. The cheats are so reliable, no need to get better, or B. Cheats were gotten because they didn't like being a crappy player.

Whoa, off topic alert. Keep that in check. Here, to make this more on topic, do you guys think it's easier to hack FPS or RPG? Does that change your opinion at all? (I would like to note that just because a game involves stats and exp. doesnt mean it is a good RPG. A good RPG actually puts you into a, well, role. Just saying that that is what I mean when I saw RPGs are better.)

you do well at RPG's by following the norm, you do well at FPS by breaking the norm
FPS's are better
ohh and both are easy to hack, but its easier to catch and ban a FPS hacker than it is an RPG hacker.

FPSs are almost always based on a simple engine that u can easily change the rules of. RPGs are different, they have more rules and require more time.
