Yeah, I have an almost fully typed out setting, its just not on the boards... but yesterday me and Paul decided to go with dual dming, and I sent him the draft of the setting... its working out pretty well so far, Pauls been able to add some cool ideas in... but the real challenge will be when we actually play...
As for Michael, Anna is leaving for a couple months, but I am not sure when... its pretty soon or she might have already left...

Well, we had one yesterday, and the day before that... however we were unable to get ahold of you... not sure when the next one will be... BTW your going to want to make a character for mine and pauls campaign, I suggest a magic type... heres the classes Eli Fighter/tempest/something else Andrew Gnoll ranger of pwnage Ray Duskblade Michael Ninja as for lvl, start at lvl 2, we are using the pointbuy system, you have 25 points... also first 3 hitdice are full... there might be more but ill explane most of it in person.

If you decide to be a monster or something it can only have a level adjustment of 1. And if you do chose to be one, you'll start at level 1, not 2.
You can be any class really, although I'd suggest a cleric though, the party needs one and it'd be easy to put you into the story.
I imagine we'll have another session tomorrow or tuesday. >_>

But I c'annae make a (basic) character without 3.5...But maybe I could be a dread necro... kiddin'.
Seriously though, I got that list of changes, and it told me squat. A total waste of ink and paper.
Hmm... could I, pehaps, make a character using the oriental adventures supplement? A shaman would be funnnnn... and it's pretty balanced too... and NOT dread necro "balanced." (of course, what's not balanced with MOTHER****ING pointbuy?)
And for all that is holy, call me tomorrow if you're having a session, and if I'm not in, leave a message. Honestly, you guys can be so bad like that.

Hmm I would have to take a look at it, but seriously all you guys are some pretty far out things, which is fine, but ...
Since you are going to be starting out here and at level 2, I would highly recommend being a Cleric, you guys really need one...
EDIT: But upon looking at Shamans they look a lot like Clerics, however it wouldnt make much sense for a Shaman to be there, Clerics make more sense... however we shall see, we can discuss it in person.

I hate point buy. Scores under 10 blow.
"Wouldn't make much sense for a Shaman to be there?" You have a friggin' NINJA in your campaign! Besises, Shamans are not a purely oriental thing. Throughout history, shamans have inhabited all reaches of the world, from Asia to North America to Africa to Europe. And as I'm not taking any oriental equipment, skills, or feats (with the exception of Knowledge[spirits]) I don't think it'll clash much with your setting.
And point buy sucks.
Oh, btw... I kinda was wrong about 2nd level starting gold... it's 900, not 2,700. This has been fixed... sadly. For the record, my AC is 12. Top that off with 6 HP, and I have but one thing to say (aside from a string of incredibly foul curses)... Warriors, engage operation firesoak!
Point buy makes me angry... and you don't like me when I'm angry...
This also means, of course, that when the DMs are doling out loot, that Gloves of Dexterity, Rings of Protection, and Bracers of Health will be much appreciated (hint hint). Or just mountains of gold. That always works.
And I hate point buy. So much. Have I mentioned that yet?

Yes I am aware of that, but this is a fantasy setting, but we are letting you be one, as for your hatred of pointbuy, you dont have to have skills under 9.

Yeah, Andrew has two 6's and in Michael's campaign (which we were allowed 28 points) I have three 8's. My stats in Michael's campaign are: Str 20 (and that's with a +2 item) Dex 10 Con 16 Int 8 Wis 8 Cha 8
But I'm a barbarian in that campaign, so I don't really need those stats.
So if you don't have any skills under 9, you don't have much to worry about. >_>

Sweeeet... lookie what I found: Skaven PC RaceI'm not so sure about some of the racial features... and there's a few typos, but he's got the fluff down pat. I'm thinking of replacing Dart with a skaven should we ever play Jiub's again. I've gor a grey seer prestige class I'm working on. Gonna be lotsa fun.

Interesting, I personaly dont care for those types of races, I prefer more arrogant ones (like Elves).

Yeah... I just have to wonder what a skaven would be doing in Isadale...

You also have to wonder what some plant creature would be doing there. Allthough it somewhat makes sense in Valenwood, it still is pushing it a bit.
