I personally have no clue. I mean there has to be "aliens" out there. At least other life forms. Now about that, wouldnt we probably be considered aliens then and really we would be the aliens. What if we are the aliens. And like our spaceships are considered their UFOs. That ould be true. I believe that there are other life forms. But, I highly doubt they are in this galaxy.

I heard that it's probable that there are 10,000 planets with not only life but intelligent life in out galaxy alone. That's probably a little high, but I wouldn't doubt that there are at least several. Keep in mind that are galaxy is HUGE. There are lots of planets, many with ideal conditions (as we think of them).

True True we just dont have the technology yet to get that far. Also, you made a lot of spelling errors in that post!

Huh? No I believe I only made one. I used are instead of our, which is technically a grammatical error, not a spelling error. But other than that, I think it's fine.
And if it's not, the reason would be because at the time I was typing that I wasn't using a keyboard, I was using an onscreen keyboard, which takes a lot longer and is more difficult on account of you have to click each key. But still there's only that one error I can find. . .
But anyway back on topic

I saw a UFO one time. It was actually probably something else, but I can't think of anything else it could have been. It was very far away, just over the horizon (I can't estimate distance very well, but I would guess about 3-5 miles). It was gray (as far as I could tell) and from where I was it seemed like a thick, horizontal line, although I would guess it was probably circular. The odd part was that it would move a fair distance to one side, and then move back to the other side. It always kept the same altitude, but every now and then it would shrink until I could no longer see it, as if moving very fast into the distance (unless it had other means of me not being able to see it). Then it would come back and continue moving left and right. I was very far away and I doubt it was a UFO, but I have no clue as to what it was.

Hmmm...maybe it was like something being tested in the distance, like how they have to test nucluar bombs. From a distance you could think it was like the result of a comet or something landing and greating a gappying hole

If anything, I think they maybe at least a new kind of goverment aircraft, but sometimes wackjobs take it to far, looking for bright stars or planes that dont look quite like planes.

Heres my view.
I believe life exists as there are so many other worlds (not neccisarrily intelligent), however I will not go to either side saying they dont exist (on earth) or they do untill I see concrete evidence that they exist.

Is that because to you everything has to be proven scientifically(sp?) or is that how you feel period? To me I dont believe that they isnt because it seem that we cant be the only intelligent life form. For all we know we could be less intelligent then a rat. But, we dont know because we dont see what they do in everyday life. And when we capture them, they could have like this plot to really study us so they act like that. But, really they arent "stupid" but, intelligent. I dont know where I am going with this so hopefully whoever reads this gets what I mean.

I know what you mean, but I just don't think that rats would pretend to be stupid, especially when they would get caught and experimented on (even though they would be smart enough to avoid it). Maybe they're just really dedicated to their cause. . .

Yea...I just was using rats as an example and for a "for all we know" type of situation. Or whatever.

no ones even mentioned the X-files yet as an avid fan I believe in aliens the probability that we are the only planet with beings on it is very low and that we are the smartest c'mon
