ok since its a new month, and no one has started the voting yet, I shall host it in the style I have used on another forum. Here are the rules
you vote for 5 people or less, ranked 1-5 ex: 1. Vash 2. Kiddo 3. Azan 4. Trigun 5. Lobbs
you may vote for anyone, even yourself, you may vote for people multiple times, however it will not help if you do (the other votes basicly get ignored). Rank is very important, so make sure its done RANKED.
This is to be judged like Times (Wo)Man of the Year. its ment to judge impact, not contribution. so in other words, for better or worse, largest impact on the forum for this month. Though like times, you may weigh good contributes more heavily than bad, though I say you prolly shouldn't.

yes, no reason why they couldn't be for many months at a time other than human limitation

Well either way I dont really like this system, I prefer my votes to be confidential, I shall sit this one out and vote for a tie breaker if we need one.

you could PM me, or everyone PM azan with who they vote for... or just slash this post and go to the old method

Hmm well it probably would be easiest if we use the nominate/vote poll method as more people are likely to vote then, but thats just my opinion.
