Well seeing as how I have never played FFVI or full spectrum warrior im going to have to assume the guy with the rifle would win.

Cpl Devereaux is alpha team's auromatic rifleman, carrying the massive M249 light machinegun. Somehow, he's alway's the team member that gets nearly every kill in alpha team, and he seems to be the one who gets incapacitated the least. That, and when his nickname is "Crawdaddy" I couldn't pick a cooler character from that game.
He would kick that pansy thief's ass.
