Yes, pointless humans that already exist.

Once they have thoughts, then they are already a different person.

which is why I think once they have thoughts they have all the rights, but until then they are worthless.

Yeah, I guess that makes sense, but then theres no reason to clone them in the first place. And if its for experimenting and such then its just as wrong as experimenting on the original. And if its for body parts then we should be only cloning that specific part.

Yeah, that might work. The only problem is that as far as I know, you need stem cells (from fetuses) to grow specific parts of humans, and to make a clone you need less stem cells (maybe none, but I'm not sure). So cloning a whole human for parts rather than individual parts I think might save fetuses.

Thus cloning should be left alone until we find a better way.

Why not clone a whole human, like I said?

Well, what would you do with the rest? Plus it'd be torturing the clone.

you could have the frozen clone there ready to be carved up or something. Maybe we don't have that technology quite yet, but then again maybe we do. Keep the other body parts frozen until someone needs them.

and just kill it?

plus the body parts will most likely only work for the original, what would you do with the clone once your done with it?

yeah, we just kill it and keep it frozen. The bodyparts would also work for other people I think.

i think that the point here is that the actuall KILLING is the problem

we don't care! I don't, and you shouldn't. They're just clones, there is more than one of them.

just because they share identical bodies doesnt mean that they will share identical lives. that makes them two separate people
