I know, which is why we should only kill a clone if it has not had a chance to become different from the original. But as long as it is still frozen or asleep or whatever they might do (I'm not an expert on the subject) then it's really the same thing as the original.

I'd say then why clone the whole thing if what your gonna do in the end is kill it? You should just clone organs.

Fine, but I still don't know if that's possible w/out using stem cells. If you're suggesting using stem cells, then you're outta your mind, cause you have to abort babies to do that. Cloning a whole human can me done w/out stem cells I know, and cloning a single organ, as far as I know, can be done only w/stem cells.

Wow, ironic, no matter what we must give up someones life it seems...
Perhaps we should just leave cloning alone then, unless we can figure out a way to clone organs without actually killing people.

ok first of all...um...why Lobstrosity are you against killing babies who are "living" as you say it but are for killing clones that are also living?

because a clone is a copy of another person, we only need one of everyone.

Yeah, it does, thats why I think it'd be better to find a way to clone organs without anyone dying...

its still a human and it deserves a chance at life.......doesnt that sound framiliar...... It's an exact copy of an existing human, so we already know what it's capable of. My whole thing with abortion is that we don't know what the unborn babies are capable of.
