i meant that you started a thread about hobbies and didn't even finish (or start) contibuting yours. it is quite silly if you think about it. I mean we could all start a thread titled 'i have a leg' and then not go into describing why you even said that when everyone has one and it makes no sence to just say 'i have a leg' and then be like i'll tell you why I said that later.
that was a rediculous rant.

Ahh I see, well this sort of thing happens alot on forums (in ours its mostly in the debate board) where a person has enough time to make a thread but not enough time to think of their entire post (in this case their entire list of hobbies) now the reason why they dont post later when they have the time is because there is a chance they will forget to make the topic later.
So just saying its really common and your bound to see it more often (usualy in the debate board though...).

Some of those may not count as hobbies (according to some people) but whatever.

Heh, if any of these even count: -Programming -D&D -Video Games -Paintball (But I don't get to go play paintball all that often)
I have a feeling theres something else I'm missing but mostlikely its something most people wouldn't consider a hobby (Along with the rest of my list most likely)

hobbies are anything you do in your spare time for fun, or just activies you participate in regularly.
I don't know if I have any hobbies, I'd say videogames, but I don't know if I play them too much for it to be a hobby.

Wouldnt paintball be a sport? Well I guess gun collecting and maintenence but...
Heh Lobstrosity dont try to deny that you are a main stream gamer (70 percent of people who think they arent main stream actualy are) one reason, you enjoyed Morrowind, it takes alot of patience to enjoy it, playing Morrowind could be called a skill even as if you dont play it right you wont have fun (im sure glad Mark isnt here or he would turn my previous sentence into something totally perverted)...

Morrowind is far from main stream, and even if you try to deny that, I don't play it very much.

Uhh I never said Morrowind was mainstream, I said that only mainstream gamers can enjoy it, there is a difference. It doesnt matter how long you play them but the fact that you can enjoy them puts you in with the mainstream gamers (and dont even try to deny it, you play D&D too thats like the ultimate game that can only be played by mainstream gamers)).
These terms are only used by game devs, for example Bethesda recently released that they were making Oblivion a bit more for non-mainstream gamers than Morrowind was this was so Oblivion will appeal to a larger group of people (the people with 360s that arent mainstream) which just angers me.
And yes you would be correct that Morrowind isnt mainstream, but it only increases the fact that only mainstream gamers play it.
