what? He's not stupid, okay. He's just a fairly bad public speaker. That can't get the whole country in trouble.

and a "fairly bad" negotiator and overall president

Is inability to pronounce words doesn't affect his ability to make good decisions or negotiate (although I can't see a situation in which the president must negotiate with anyone who isn't out of speaking distance (he could write a letter) ).

but didn't you say yourself that he has people to right letters for him?

no, I didn't say that and also I don't think he has people write personal letters for him unless he says so.

He may not be the brightest of presidents (he actually is fairly smart, just a poor speaker), but he knows how to use a dictionary.

wut kind of things do u think that he'll say in this letter of yours. "F*** u!" or something like that. He's not that dense. The worst thing he does is mis-pronounce words. He's not going to turn "Lets negotiate" into "F*** u!".

Lobs, I hate to break this to you, but he was PAID through school by his rich senator dad. And he had to get paid through school because he was too busy getting drunk. Also, he's incredibly irresponsible. He got out of 'Nam by joining the Alabama Air National Guard, and then he ditched his service in that to party and get drunk/stoned 24/7.
And that's not saying anything about his presidential record. The main thing he and his administration do is act as a pretty face for the American public to admire while Cheny goes about his evil doings.
One example of Bush's image management at the disadvantage of America is firing those who challenge hism, even when they're just doing their job. For instance, the head of examining our homeland security (I've forgotten his name) exposed several major faults in homeland security, including lapses in airport security and lack of customs checks on many imports. When he continued to report things of this nature, the White House basically thought it made out homeland security look bad, and gave him the boot.
Now watch, as Lobs denies this, or makes up an excuse so that it seems okay.

Yeah, that all can't be true...It sounds like someone just made it all up just to make Bush look really bad. Do you have any proof of any of this?

Yessir I do. Records from Bush's gaurd base show he was almost allways absent from duty, he admits to being an alcoholic, he failed in high school because he wasn't being paid through (with a 47% avg. in college, if memory serves), and his college & air guard buds say that he always threw "wild parties" that always involved drugs.
Now watch as lobs denies this, based soley on his gut.

No Mr. Demon, I do not deny it, but why exactly do you think the past of the president is relevant at all to the present?

It proves he's irresponsible. That, and the fact that he ignored all warnings about 9/11, and played golf instead. And he just vacationed for six months of his first nine, ignoring his responsibility of protecting the US entirely.

For one thing, how can anyone possibly know that for sure? You and your rumors, Demon...
And another thing, there are people who can protect the country just as well without him, such as the secretary of defense. Even if it is his resonsibility...
And who cares if he was irresponsible before he was president, as long as he isn't irresponsible anymore. You seem to think he still is, but you lack proof.
