I'll choose go, just because it's so simple, yet incredibly deep.

Jiub, if you want to learn, just ask (when I'm on) and I'll (try to) teach you (I'm pretty bad myself) at kgs.kiseido.com. It's a go server, and even if I'm not on, I'm sure someone'll be happy to play a teaching game.

Go is a game that originated from china roughly 4500 years ago. It is played on a board that is 18 by 18 squares, but as the points, not the squares are what the game revolves around, it is refered to as 19 by 19. A move consists of placing a stone on one of the 361 points on the board. The object is to make as much territory as possible by making areas completely surrounded by your pieces. This is accomplished not just by building these, but also by creating territory through captures. Capturing is just a matter of surrounding a enemy piece (or group of pieces). It sounds a lot simpler than it is.

I'm pretty sure that its actually a lot like othello, at least in how it looks and how pieces are captured. I saw a little of it once, and it looked a little weird, but it would be something I would try if I was introduced to it.
