Vendir heard the man and glanced in his direction.
The poor bastard... I guess he dosen't know the southwall's policy on rowdy customers...
He heard Sugar-Lips Hasabi cough. That was the sign.
Time to move into position...
"I'll just be a second. Wait here, you two." Vendir muttered to his companions.
He and the other guild members discreetly moved into their combat positions, merely appearing to go about their business and ignoring the man. When they were all set, the barkeeper approached Gelltor.
"Sir, there is to be no violence in this inn. I'm going to have to ask you to leave if you continue this behavior."

"Ahhhhhhhh, COWARDS!" Cried Gelltor, and he turned and stormed out the door. "This whole town is a waste of my time!" he called over his shoulder as he left.

"W-wait!" Elthari wouldn't pass up his chance to recruit someone with strength and courage like that man. The breton wasn't looking for intelligence after all. "S-sir?! I have..." Elthari was going to say money, but he caught himself. He was in a somewhat shady bar, after all. "I have... a deal. For you!"

Gelltor turned and caught the door before it closed, marched back into the room up to the man who had spoken and said "I'm listening. Make it quick."

In a somewhat hushed voice, Elthari whispered to the nord. "I... can pay you. I probably shouldn't say how much when we're in a place like this, but I can assure you that you will be pleased with it. In return, I need help defeating... a certain enemy that has been attack my hometown, Khuul." Elthari considered mentioning his and Vendir's plans to attack the Tong, but he figured that that should wait until later.

"Count me in," replied the Nord. "But keep your money, I have no use for it."

[glow=red,2,300] A purple cloud formed around the two men, as the Ordinator, along with his full suit of Indoril armor, flew backwards twenty feet. (what? ordinators are in vivec, not balmora.)
A tall Dunmer stumbled into the South Wall, panting and looking exhausted. " I need a place to rest, even if its just a space in a corner." he said. "As long as you have the money," the innkeeper told him, "we have a couple of rooms that are open. I would ask what you are doing looking for a bed just an hour after dawn, but thats your business." "Thank you!" he said, "which room is it?" " Up the stairs, first room on the right. I'll take the money now, if you dont mind. 15 septims for the,*cough*night" "Allright." As he staggered up the stairs, Nahyn thought Whew, I am glad I got away from those guards. Balmora is so confusing! I should try and find out who I can talk to to take care of my bounty. I hope I can find someone who needs a body guard or something... With that, he reached his room, fell on the bed and was dreaming in seconds. (i hope thats ok...its my first RP ever...)[/glow]

Elthari swelled with graditude at the nord's generosity... or apparent generosity. The breton couldn't be choosy. "Thank you, my...friend. I appreciate it. With any luck we shall be out of this city by tomorrow morning with a small group of able fighters.," he turned then to Vendir, "Speaking of which, will you remind me who you expect to find here?"

"Why, my friend, the Southwall is a prime hangout for adventurers of all persuasions. You said you were looking for hired swords, this is the best palce to find them. Ask around!"
(cue to anyone who wants to join in, do so now!)

"Right... not quite as brimming with sell-swords as I had hoped... well, my friends, we shall remain here only a small while longer, then it will be our time to--" Elthari decided not to speak about his plans for the Tong,"...finish what business we have in this town, then we move on to Khuul. " If only this many people were here, there may not be much of a town left after awhile...

[glow=red,2,300]Nahyn walked down the stairs into the main room, feeling refreshed from his short nap just in time to hear a breton say "Right... not quite as brimming with sell-swords as I had hoped..."
allright! heres my chance to make some money!
The dunmer strode up to the breton and his small party. "Hello, my name's Nahyn." He said, putting on his friendliest smile."I hear you're looking for someone to watch your back. If the pay's right, count me in." Nahyn turned and said to the other dunmer, "You look like you belong here; you know where one could have...arrangments made for a price on one's head?"
By Vivec, something's finally going right for me![/glow]
